Rules for works in the Old City of Talas

The Service has issued Order No. 6 on works in the protection zone of the Köhne Diz citadel and the Old City of Talas (Reg. No. 97/005). It sets out which repairs owners may carry out without approval, and what needs drawings and the Service's written approval: extra storeys, new openings in street walls, roofing in sheet metal, signs and satellite dishes on street fronts.
