Contacts and reception
The Service receives citizens, owners of monuments and organisations at its office in the Old City of Talas. Applications are accepted on paper only, signed, at the office or by post.

Written appeals
Write to the Director at 14 Köhne Diz Street, Talas, or hand the letter in at office 3. Give your name, address and the protection number of the monument if you know it. Letters are answered within 30 days.
Damage to a monument, unauthorised digging or a find can be reported by telephone during office hours; outside them, to the nearest Gendarmerie post.
How to get here
The office is in the Old City of Talas, by the citadel mound. The Old City is a protection zone: leave cars outside it and walk the last few minutes.
