Seminar for Gendarmerie district officers on finds

The Service held a seminar in Talas for Gendarmerie district officers on receiving finds under the 2010 amendment. Any find may be handed in at a Gendarmerie post, which gives the finder a receipt and passes the find to the Service; the ten days are counted to the day the find is handed in.
