New version of the Service's website

The Service's website, opened in 2009, has been renewed. Notices, the rules for visitors to monuments and the application forms HPS-1 to HPS-7 are now on the site; extracts from the State Register will be published online in parts.

Applications are still accepted only on paper, signed, at the Service.
